PROJECT OVERVIEW
Ft. Defiance Indian Hospital is a new 240,000 SF replacement hospital located within the Navajo Nation. FDIH provides comprehensive healthcare services to Native Americans from Arizona and New Mexico.
A full range of services is provided including inpatient care, labor and delivery, primary care and specialty clinics, a dental clinic, comprehensive community health services, and emergency/urgent care services.
FDIH is the first Indian Health Service hospital to incorporate a 20-bed Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing Unit.
