Robert/Buz/Johnson, AIA
Buz is a Delaware-Cherokee architect who has worked extensively with Native American housing and health care facilities around the country. His residential experience includes design as well as construction. His design and construction experience enhance his service in on-site construction administration of our clients facilities.
Suthipan/Smitty/Smitthipong, AIA, ACHA
Smitty provides leadership in the development of design concepts from master planning through construction. He assures that all of the details of the design, including function, form and economy of the project are in harmony with the client’s vision and goals. He utilizes an interactive design process where he involves the client’s users groups as well as the professional consultants to develop design concepts that meet the established project goals of balancing function, form and budget.
Vernon Rosamond, AIA, ACHA
Vernon has been at the forefront of development of the IHS Health Systems Planning (HSP) Process, and continues to provide training on its use and applications throughout the country. His leadership in Strategic Planning for IHS and Tribal Health Services and Facility Needs is being applied in development of PJD / POR Documentation for new as well as renovation / expansion projects. He is also effective in facilitating the difficult process of establishing service and facility priorities when the Health Care Organization has limited financial resources, but extensive needs.

Smitty and Vernon are founding members of ACHA (American College of Healthcare Architects).
